New Century Cleaning Services has proudly been in business for more than two decades and offering commercial cleaning services in Tallahassee, Florida. To be exact, it has been 23 years since we have been in business and we’re stronger than ever!

Do you offer a training program for your employees?

Yes, our training program consists of training in all aspects of safety, equipment usage, and chemical knowledge. We also train each team member for each kind of service that we offer including office cleaning, carpet cleaning, water extraction, tile and grout cleaning, disinfecting services, window cleaning, pressure washing, VCT stripping and waxing, and janitorial services.

Our employees are trained to use tools properly and offer the best quality services. We take pride in the skill of our teams and want you to have the best cleaning experience that you have ever had when you work with us for your cleaning needs.

Are your employees identifiable in buildings?

Yes, we provide uniform shirts with our company name and logo. This ensures a safer working environment for our employees and your staff and customers.

We take pride in our professional image and want our team to look their best when they come to take care of your cleaning and disinfecting needs. We are also aware of the potential security risks that can affect your business and we make sure that you do not have to wonder if you have someone inside your building who should be there or not.

What kind of insurance do you provide?

We carry general liability insurance for $1 million as well as commercial auto, worker’s compensation, and employee bonded insurance. Having proper insurance is one of the most important factors in choosing a commercial cleaning company and you can rest assured that New Century Cleaning takes that seriously.

What type of certifications do you hold?

We are proudly certified through the National Institute of Decontamination Specialists in Blood Borne Pathogens, Respiratory Protection, Hazard Communication, and Personal Protective Equipment.

Do you have contract terms?

Our standard contract is usually one year for most of our clients but we are also able to honor contracts for month-to-month services and one-time services. We are flexible so that you can get the kind of care that you have been looking for! We want you to be thrilled with the cleaning service that you receive from us and we make sure that our contracts work well for your expectations and goals.
